Important Information for New Patients with Drug Dependencies

If you are a new patient with a drug dependency, you will be required to enter into a prescribing contract before any prescriptions are issued. This contract is designed to establish clear guidelines for medication use and to ensure that you receive the highest quality of care.

Additionally, as part of our comprehensive treatment approach, you will be referred to CGL (Change, Grow, Live). This referral connects you with specialised support services and resources aimed at helping you manage your condition effectively. The prescribing contract and CGL referral work together to promote responsible medication use, close monitoring, and ongoing support tailored to your unique needs. Our goal is to create a safe, structured, and compassionate environment where you can focus on your recovery and well-being.
