When making an appointment with the nursing team please inform the staff which service you require so that we can ensure you are seen by the appropriate professional.

Please note that the following should be seen at the Wythenshawe Forum by appointment on 0161 435 3500 and NOT at the practice:

• Dressings
• Ear syringing
• Stitch removal
• Blood tests
