Repeat Scripts


Important Changes - we are changing the way you order your repeat prescriptions. This is being piloted from 1st July 2019. Please see the above link on how this could affect you.


To register with Patient Access you first need to call in to obtain a code from reception; (bringing some photo ID with you).

New Patient Registrationregister_now

If you would like to join the practice you will be asked to complete a registration form. Details of your last registered doctor and last home address, including the post code will be required to complete this form.

When you register you will be asked to provide two proofs of identity. Your proof of ID should include confirmation of your current address.

At registration all new patients will be given an appointment to attend for a new patient health check with the Practice Nurse/HCA.

Medical treatment is available after your health check. 

Please update the surgery with any changes to your address or telephone number as soon as possible.
